I have just begun the long, arduous process of "getting" to New Zealand. I have the rest of this bus ride to Boston and three flights to look forward to. I fly from Boston to San Francisco, to Auckland, and then finally to Wellington. In total, I'll be in the air for 22 hours. I plan to sleep the majority of that...
